Promises

I approach all coaching sessions with two foundational truths.

1. You are the Lord's beloved daughter.

2. He has made promises to you that He will be faithful to keep.

Listening

I believe that the answers you are looking for, that reason you are seeking a coach, is already inside of you and I'd love to help pull it out!

The Lord created me with a love of listening and a gift of empathy. In our session, I will listen to you and I will listen to the Holy Spirit. I will not give you my opinion, I will not give you advice. I will tell you what I heard you say about your heart, your feelings and your desires. With guidance from the Lord, together we will find the truth and navigate your best next steps. I will also search to find if perhaps there is an area where you are not fully embracing or walking under one of the beautiful promises that has already been gifted to you from our Heavenly Father.

Direction

My heart's desire is to point you in the right direction - towards the Lord!

In our session, I will ask you several questions to gently guide you to dig deep and process what's in your heart, while moving toward your desired outcome or goal. This is more than "venting" with a friend, this is processing your thoughts and emotions with direction. That may mean helping you discern His will, purposes or voice in your life. It may be working through challenges or obstacles. Often, we will identifying lies you are believing, so that we may replace them with truth.

Everything we do together will be done prayerfully,

and it will be done with Jesus.

Common Questions

What is the difference between coaching and counseling?

To put it simply, Coaching focuses on self-reflection, setting goals and strategizing methods to move forward. Unlike therapy, Coaching does not focus on healing or the past.

What happens during a coaching session?

Each life coaching session begins with a questionnaire designed to help me understand what is happening in your life currently and what you'd like from our time together. Though the common foundation of Biblical truth and God's promises are present throughout all sessions, your session will be customized to fit you. We’ll work together to discover what obstacles are in your way how to overcome them. We will your specify and narrow down the steps needed to achieve your desired outcome. This can vary based on topic and time.

What can I expect to from a coaching session?

My goal is for you to feel encouraged in the Lord's goodness and love for you. I'd love for you to finish the session with a greater sense of clarity and direction.

What is expected from me if I get coached with Blessed is She?

Faith + Honesty. A coaching session with Blessed is She will be founded on Biblical principals, values and truth from our Father in Heaven. Therefore, a current relationship with or an openness to Jesus Christ is of the essence. I will work with you to identify and develop plans based on your unique giftings and ambitions. It is important to be honest and transparent for effectiveness. You can trust that all sessions are kept confidential.
